Dear Youth Parents,
Thank you for volunteering to help bring refreshments/snacks for our youth. We are looking for 1 or 2 parents each week to bring and prep snacks. This is a great way to get to know our E2 youth. Sign up below for the week that works best for you.
Plan to bring snacks for 100 youth and adult helpers by 8:45pm, to the location designated below. Please indicate what you plan to bring, in the 'comments section'.
Guidelines for snacks:
- Due to life threatening allergies, please do NOT bring any items with peanuts/nuts.
- Healthy / Salty snacks are preferred over sweet snacks but having a mix is good too. (fruit, chips, goldfish, oreos, etc...)
- Choose individual bags (2-3oz sizes) OR 5 to 6 large bags (32oz. or greater) to be portioned.
- Drinks are not needed.
