Sarasota Medieval Fair 2022

Each year we help the Sarasota Medieval Fair with their soda booth and they make a generous donation to HSMC!

We need volunteers in the soda booth to take drink orders, pass out the orders and cash handling. This year we will also help check tickets at the gate. This job requires standing so please wear comfortable shoes. Volunteers must be 16 years or older to volunteer alone, or be with a parent/guardian if 15 or younger. There is only one 4 hour shift from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, it is important that you are able to commit to the entire 4 hours. Please arrive at 11:00 am in order to prepare and check in at Will Call to recieve your volunteer pass.

To maintain the integrity of the fair there can be no sunglasses, modern hats or other modern elements worn or used, such as cellphones. The festival will provide medieval costumes that can be worn over your clothing if you don't have a costume.

In return:
