Shelter Meals

November 18, 2019 Bellevue Emergency Men's Shelter Meal

Organized by Sylvia Angel, Ettie Davis, Linda Jacobs & Faye Plum

Dear friends,

We would love to have your help to provide a meal for 80 men at the Eastside Winter Shelter on November 18th. Congregations for the Homeless (CFH) strives to mitigate the pain of homelessness by providing meals and basic needs. Herzl-Ner Tamid (our synagogue) is working with CFH to provide monthly meals for their 80 guests through the colder months.

Please sign up to cook or purchase part of the meal and deliver it to the Eastside Winter Shelter (515B 116th Ave NE, Bellevue) on November 18th at 6:00 PM. You can also drop your dish off at any of our houses earlier in the day but please coordinate a time with us in advance. Each signup item should be enough for the number of people listed for that item and brought in disposable containers, though feel free to sign up for more than one item or requested serving.

Thank you so much!

Sylvia, Ettie, Linda, and Faye
