Delaware Trail Volunteers
We need volunteers to help guide our kindergartners from the car rider entrance/bus entrance to their classroom in the morning for the first week or so of school. And in the afternoons for those first days, we need volunteers to assist teachers with coordination of kindergarten dismissal. It's amazing to see how quickly they catch on but having extra eyes on students gives everyone peace of mind those first days back to school.
Past volunteers were able to get their own student on the bus and arrive at school in time to assist with arrivals. Those same volunteers were able to help with dismissal and still make it home on time for their students to get off the bus.
Shifts are short and listed below. Please find a day that would work well for you. We need your help!
