Public Affairs Conference 2019

Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for volunteering during the fall 2019 Public Affairs Conference. You may choose to volunteer for as many time slots as your schedule allows.

Please commit to the times that you schedule. Last minute changes or 'no shows' on your part create a hardship on the Conference and other volunteers.

You will receive an email reminder from SignUp Genius 2 days before your scheduled volunteer spot. If you do not receive a reminder, please report to your sign-up location/time anyway.  All volunteer hours are approved for CampusLink. The MSU event contact person is Stacey Trewatha-Bach, Office of Public Affairs Support. After the conference has completed, volunteers will receive a letter confirming the number of hours worked via the email address you provide upon sign-up.

If you have a date/time change during the conference dates of September 25-27, please call or text Stacey Trewatha-Bach directly at 417-860-9312. Public Affairs Conference schedule can be viewed at https://publicaffairs.missouristate.edu/conference/schedule
