Why Racing Events local contacts

Pacific Crest Endurance Sports Festival June 28-30, 2019 Volunteer Signup

The 23rd Annual Pacific Crest Endurance Sports weekend has something for everyone. Rally your family and friends for an incredible RACE-cation!  It requires a ton of volunteers so if you can recruit friends, family, companies, churches, or sports teams to help that would be extremely helpful. They will get front row seats to all the action!

In addition, our events offer a terrific fundraising opportunity for a club/organization (non-profit) and a fun, inspiring way to encourage and support the athletes that participate in these events. Under our fundraising program, $20-$25 will be donated to the non-profit organization for each volunteer 4-6+hour shift depending on our needs and up to $250 for each water station group. All the volunteers will also get a shirt and be able to enjoy the post-race festivities.

Pacific Crest typically requires about 800 volunteers with tasks such as water stations, course marshals, food prep, finish line, set up and clean up. Race tasks are fluid and evolving so it's always possible you may need to use your vehicle to relocate or during a task. Please plan transportation accordingly.

Review the volunteer assignments, sign up for the task and time that works best for you and we'll reach out to you with details as we get closer to the event.  If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]

*NOTE* Please know that we try very hard to keep all volunteers in the positions they originally request however, if critical race positions haven't been filled by race morning, we may ask you to fill in for a key position. Thank you so much, we couldn't do it without you!
