Deck the Cafeteria: Christmas Tree Decorating

Volunteer you and your family to set up and decorate the pre-lit Christmas tree in the school cafeteria for all the teachers, staff and students to enjoy this Advent season. This activity is usually done over Thanksgiving break. The school maintenance team will place the tree and boxes of decorations in the school cafeteria for you and your family in preparation. More details will be provided.

Advent Program Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to help tear down the set. We are also looking for middle schoolers to greet and pass out programs. Students can earn service hours for this.

Staff Christmas Lunch Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to help with various items for the Staff Christmas Lunch.

• Lunch Setup
• Supervise Recess
• Clean up

Home and School Council Co-Chair Position Volunteers Needed!!

Home and School Council is also looking looking to fill some Co-Chair positions!  We want YOU to get involved.  You'll need a better excuse than "I don't do meetings."  Because although we hold a monthly meeting to help keep the wheels turning you don't need to attend the meetings to get involved! Home and School is a great way to get connected in St. Charles school and community. There are several positions available for 2020/21 so find the one that's right for you, share a little of your time and talents and join in the fun! *Remember to complete The Enhanced Essential 3 (EE3) Volunteer Requirements ASAP! Requirements include: Virtus training, Code of Conduct and Background Check.
