Hello, fellow PTS members:
We are fulfilling the mitzvah of hospitality for each other. Thank you for doing this meaningful and connecting work that strengthens our community.
Please sign up for one of the following roles:
- Hospitality Leader - For your service, coordinate with the staff, security, and the other volunteers to help make things run smoothly.
- Lobby Hospitality - For your service, welcome fellow congregants and guests at the entrance of PTS to Yomim Noraim (Days of Awe). Help answer questions, direct people without their tickets to staff who can assist them, and guide people to the appropriate service location.
- Door Hospitality - For your service, welcome people at the door to your service location, help make sure that people who need to enter or exit once the service has started do so in a way that is both respectful of the congregation as well as sensitive to their own physical abilities. Door hospitality will have special seating close to the exits.
- Service Hospitality - in your service location, help people find seats, and, when needed, help them to their seats. Help people without a machzor to obtain one. Once the service starts, be available to problem solve if necessary.
All roles begin 30 minutes prior to your service. For more detailed information, see the Hospitality Roles Overview.
Thank you for sharing your time, neshama, and ruach with our community.
