These selling events are intended to benefit the local community, we ask that troops are respectful and only request booths in the neighborhoods (and Boy Scout Councils) for which they live and work. Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc. reserves the right to refuse requests based on location eligibility. In the case of inclement weather, and the event will be canceled, the Store Director reserves to right to determine if the event can be rescheduled at a later date.
Requests will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. Please be respectful of other groups and only sign up for up to 1 time slot per day and up to 3 total time slots during the selling period.
Store directors have the right to make final decision on any selling requests from local groups. All requests for dates must be completed online.
Expectations of selling groups
At the store, we will provide outdoor space for troops to sell popcorn. (If the store is able and willing to offer indoor space, this is at the discretion of the Store Director. The troops should expect and plan to be located outdoors.) The troops are expected to provide their own table, trash removal and any equipment they require to execute their sales. A maximum of 5 people (2 adults and 4 children) may be assigned to a shift/ be at the table.
While selling, groups are expected to be in uniform and present themselves in a professional manner. No solicitation or destruction/ reckless behavior will be tolerated. Groups are expected to leave the area as clean as they arrived; this includes removing all of their own empty boxes and trash. Do not leave trash in the vestibule. The Store Director may ask any group exhibiting unprofessional behavior to leave the store property.
