Fox Valley Community Table - St. Gabriel's Group

Volunteers provide food &/or serve meals to about 75 people at St. Paul, 200 N Commercial St. in Neenah, bi monthly with Fox Valley Community Table.

A representative from Fox Valley Community Table unlocks the doors around 9:30 am and starts to make coffee and setup.

Please bring donations to St. Paul at 11:00 on the day of the meal. If food needs to be prepared or heated up before serving, you are welcome to arrive as early as 930. Hot plates are avaiable, as are Nescos, which can be used that day or picked up ahead of time to take home and prepare the food. 

Guests are welcome to come down into the dining room before the meal, and often arrive around 10:30 to visit and enjoy coffee.  

Costs can be reimbursed by the St. Gabriel meals fund: Provide your name, address, receipts and total to the St. Gabriel Parish office so a check can be issued to you.

We need 1 "Main Food Lead," each time to decide the main course and divide the responsibility to the main food team volunteers. For example, the Main Food Lead may say we need 3 people to make sloppy joe meat for 25 and 1 person to provide 75 buns. Or, they could ask 3 people to each provide 25 meat and cheese sandwiches. The lead can communicate by email or phone. Jackie (sign up genius manager) will send contact info for the main course team to the Main Food Lead upon request.

--Volunteer servers setup the food and serving supplies for approx 75 people with guidance from the FVCT representative. 

--Volunteers serve and cleanup from 11:00-1:30

--There is always a FVCT board member working alongside volunteers.

--Plates, cups, utensils and outlets are provided by FVCT.
