We have plenty of positions for you to choose from, so please scroll all the way down to see all that is available. Please note some jobs have special requirements - be sure you can meet those before signing up for that position.

Please check in at the AFC Volunteer tent (if you volunteer before 9:30 AM, the tent may not be up quite yet so look for another volunteer). You will be given your volunteer bracelet and your volunteer shirt upon arrival. Volunteers will also be given a free General Admission wristband once their shift is over. If you attend the event before your scheduled shift, don't forget to check in at the volunteer tent before your shift begins so we can give you a volunteer wristband and can remove your drinking wristband.

Please be responsible when drinking at the event. We ask that you do not wear your volunteer shirt while drinking and that you do not operate any golf carts if you have been drinking. Please remember you must have a valid ID with you in order to receive your free General Admission wristband.

FYI on each shift: There's a 30 minute check-in and training before you start working (included in the sign up time).

After you sign up, you will receive emails from the volunteer team to keep you informed about the event.

Water and food will also be provided.

Event Facilities Set Up

Help us set up for the event. This includes setting up tents, tables, chairs, placing signage/banners, and any other misc. tasks. This shift consists of lots of walking, lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds.

Vendor Load-In

Check-in vendors/breweries and direct them to parking spaces for unloading. Use a golf cart to help vendors transport their items to their designated booth location. Maps and vendor assignments will be available.

Guest Services

Greet guests, cash ticket sales, check IDs, scan tickets, put appropriate wristbands based on ticket (drinker vs. non-drinker), monitor entrances/exits for patrons leaving or entering event with alcohol or prohibited equipment.

General Event Support

Answer any questions, assist with trash/recycling, watch for underage drinkers/non drinker ticket holders, spotting over-served patrons, report potential unsafe situations to posted authorities or event leads. Provide assistance in any other area needed.

Switch from tear down to General Event Support

Event Tear Down and Vendor Load-Out

Help us tear down the event by breaking down our AFC tables, chairs, and tents and loading up the trailer. Collect all signage and banners displayed. Help vendors transport their items back to their vehicles via golf cart. Assist wherever needed.

Manage trash/recycling/compost stations, use golf cart to take full bags to appropriate dumpster and replace them with new trash bags, keep event area tidy. This job will have lots of walking, lifting and carrying/carting bags of trash.
