Cheney SAN 2018
The day is nearing for commencement and the Senior All-Nighter! We need 3 shifts of volunteers -- sign up for one or all three shifts. The sign-up is for shift allocation (general descriptions provided here). Actual volunteer positions will be assigned the week of the event, with rotations providing for breaks and station variation throughout the two evening shifts:
Shift 1: Friday, June 8th from 2:30 - 5:00PM About 10 people are needed to set up the venue at CHS, near the concessions and main gym in the afternoon. This opportunity would be perfect for community members not planning on attending commencement. Duties include prepping tables & chairs, decorations, and food areas. Our goal is to be finished by 5pm to ensure people can prepare for and attend commencement.
Night shifts (2): Approximately 35 volunteers are needed to staff the admissions table, monitor food areas, manage prizes, and/or be game attendants for the TWO shifts during the Senior All-Nighter. Entertainment Warehouse is providing 15 games/event centers and 7 casino tables for the evening's activities. PhotoBoxx is providing a social media photo printer. If you would like to volunteer, and have restrictions, we can likely find a suitable match for you -- please make a note in the comment field or send an email to [email protected] with contact information and needs.
Shift 2: Friday night, June 8th from 9:30 PM - 1:00 AM (doors open at 10PM, so we need commencement attendees to come directly to CHS once commencement is complete.)
Shift 3: Friday night/Saturday morning from 12:30 AM - 4:00 AM
Dealer Training: For those interested in staffing the casino tables, Entertainment Warehouse is putting on a special "dealer" training on Wednesday evening at 6pm, May 16th in Spokane. If you are interested in dealing at the Senior All-Nighter and attend the training, you will be given preference for those dealing positions.
