This year's annual G.I.F.T. Gala (Giving Investments For Tomorrow) will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2019.
Last year was our very first G.I.F.T. Gala, which raised over $80,000 for St. Patrick Elementary School! THANK YOU TO ALL WHO WERE INVOLVED! We need MANY volunteers to make this evening a success!
Times are listed on the slots that are needed. However, as the days approach, we may need to change the times a bit. We will contact you in advance if this is the case. We will also contact you if our goals are completed ahead of time so that you do not have to come to your shift.
Most of the slots are listed for 2-hour shifts, however, we would appreciate it if you can work more than one shift. (For instance, if you can work the entire time we are setting up the gym ceiling, then please sign up for each of those shifts separately. You will see several slots like this for different times needed).
Feeding our Volunteers: As you will see, there are time slots listed for feeding our volunteers. We are asking people in helping us provide our hard-working volunteers with breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners and drinks as needed. With every time slot, there is a detail of what is needed. You may drop your items off in the Teacher's Lounge in the school.
Sip-n-See Auction Preview Night: There is a preview night on Friday, March 15, 2019 for people to view the auction items and see what the gala is all about. We are asking for a few people to help us out for this event as well.
