Property Visioning Workshop

**Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, in-person sessions will be limited to 50 participants. Presentations and pin-ups will be available online for comment and feedback.**

The Town of Jamestown has contracted with a Community Planner to advocate for and work with the community to create an illustrative Master Plan and Design Guidelines for the 467 acre property between Guilford College Rd and Mackay Rd (referred to as the Johnson Property). This visioning workshop will use community inpout and feedback over several days to ensure community voices are being heard in productive and meaningful way! 

Sessions will be held daily from September 14 - 18. Feedback and information from each meeting will be incorporated into the Plan and presented at the following meeting. 

September 14, 6:30-9pm: Opening Presentation and Input Session
September 15, 6-7pm: Pin-up and Review
September 16, 6-7pm: Pin-up and Review
September 17, 1-3pm: (No sign up) Drop-in session to see studio work process
September 18, 3-6pm: Final Presentation
