We will need plenty of volunteers for the night of Project Graduation.
The event will run on May 25th 12:00am to May 26th 6:00am.

You will help check in the students to the event. We will have a check list and wristbands for the students. 11:30pm-1:00am
Security/Chaperones (11:30pm-2:30am) (5)
Will monitor the areas around the event to ensure people stay safe. We will have a RRISD PD there as well.
Food and Drinks (12:00am-5:00am) (3)
Pinballz is going to have staff on hand, but we will need to monitor the area and keep area clean

We will need a variety of things done and this will help us greatly.

Help clean up after the event is over.
Check out table (1:00am-3:00am)
Will be in charge of seniors leaving the event early. Parent must be present to sign them out.
