Lions Pride 2019-20

Grand Beginnings

Notre Dame Academy's largest fundraising and social event of the year!  Parents and parishioners attend an adults-only evening out and enjoy entertainment, dinner, live and silent auctions, a chance to win prizes and much more.  Proceeds support the school's operating budget, meet special scholastic needs and continue to enhance Notre Dame Academy educational opportunities.                           

Estimated Volunteer Hours range from 3-60 hours. See each job description for estimated hours (noted as "Hrs.~".)

Grand Beginnings is Saturday November 23, 2019.

Live Auction Chair

3 year commitment, hours vary

 

Live Auction Co-Chairs (2)

1 year commitment, hours vary. Team is responsible for determining live auction packages, soliciting larger value items, working with silent auction team, tracking winning bids, and managing contacts for package winners/donors.

 

Raffle Coordinator

1 year commitment, (must be present at event). Coordinates selling raffle tickets at church and school events and managing additional team members as needed. Hrs.~6

Decorations Chair

Create design theme for table centerpieces and silent auction decoration. Solicit donations for centerpiece items. Manage team of volunteers for set up. Must be available the day of the event 11a-3p. Hrs.~10-15

Create and make all the display poster boards used for Silent Auction items. Typically about 5 poster boards. Great job for a creative mind. Hrs.~10

 

Silent Auction Drivers (4)

Help move donation inventory to the event hotel. Once delivered, volunteers assist with general event set up. Drivers with vans or trucks desired, approximately 8am-10am on Grand Beginnings morning - November 23, 2019. Hrs.~2
