FISH FRY - February 28th - 3rd Grade

All of our fish fries need your help!!  Take a look at the available slots and pick one that works best for you and your family!!  All of your help is greatly appreciated!!  Many thanks!!

Breaders (2)

dip and bread the fish in preparation for the fryers

 

Fryers (3)

(Must have experience with Fryers) Fry up the fish, french fries and onion rings for hungry guests

 

Side Prep

Keep the green beans, mac-n-cheese, stewed tomatoes full from the stove to the line

 

Line Workers (6)

Using the orders turned in from the cashiers, fill the plates accordingly

Side Server

Fill small bowls and plates with sides from orders

 

Bar (2)

(Must be 21 or older) In charge of collecting money and serving drinks

 

Bar Back

Stock the items needed in the cooler

 

Dining Room (2)

Wipe down tables and clean up trash as needed

 

Dishwasher

Wash the dishes throughout the night

 

Thaw Fish

Run water over frozen fish to thaw for breaders

 

Runners (4)

Once orders are checked, take them out to the waiting customers

 

Desserts (2)

Cut, serve, and collect money for desserts

 

Condiments (2)

Prepare condiment table and serve condiments

 

Cashiers (2)

Take orders and collect money

 

Phone Orders

Answer phone and take "to-go" orders

 
7:00pm - 9:00pm  

Clean Up Crew (6)

Clean up kitchen and gym - wipe downs, tables away, chairs away, etc.
