PRMS PTA Committees Sign-Up

We are looking for parent/guardian volunteers to lead or help out on various PTA committees for the 2021/22 school year. Please review the committees below and click on the button to sign up. You may sign up for more than one committee. We will add additional committees throughout the year as we determine which events/activities will take place.

7th Grade Promotion Ceremony (9)

Plan and coordinate t-shirt distribution, class picture, ticket distribution, and decorate the promotion ceremony. Will also need parent volunteers to help out during the promotion ceremony. 5th & 6th grade parents only. No 7th grade parents.

Book Fair Co-Chair (3)

Work with a co-chair to coordinate an opportunity for students to purchase books at the school in the fall and spring. This co-chair position requires someone with daytime availability the weeks of Oct 18 and June 6.

7th Grade Individual Photos (4)

Assist with taking photos of 7th grade students during lunchtime. Dates flexible. Photos will be used in the Class of 2027 collage. Do not have to be a 7th grade parent.

Class of 2027 Photo Collage (3)

Design and create a photo collage of individual 7th grade student pictures that will be displayed at the 7th grade promotion ceremony as well as at the Class of 2027 high school graduation. Do not have to be a 7th grade parent.

2022 Color Run Co-Chairs (2)

Plan and Organize the 2022 Color Run including recruiting and managing volunteers. Extensive notes, checklists and information provided. Previous co-chair available for questions/advice. This is the biggest event/fundraiser of the year.

School Tool Box Supply Kits

Gather school supply lists for all grades and work with School Tool Box to create school supply boxes available for online purchase for the 2022/23 school year.
