Faculty and Staff Assistance Program
Welcome! Please read the following Disclaimer Statement in full.
**You must be a current CU Boulder employee to be eligible for Let's Chat.
Let's Chat is available Mon-Fri from 2-3pm (Please view the calendar carefully as days sometimes vary whether virtual and/or in-person meetings are available). You can sign up for a 30-minute slot using this form. Please do not sign up for both slots on the same day.
After you’ve registered for a Let's Chat session, your counselor will email you to specify which option you will use for your session (in-person or virtual).
If you are meeting in person, check-in on the 3rd floor of 3100 Marine St. Boulder, CO 80309. You will then be led to the FSAP waiting room, where your counselor will meet you.
If you are meeting virtually, your counselor will email you a zoom link prior to your Let's Chat time slot.
Let's Chat is not a substitute for formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment. Let’s Chat is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact Real Help Hotline (833-533-2428), visit your nearest hospital, or dial 911. Note: If you dial 911, all emergency responders will arrive, including fire, ambulance, and police.
If we believe you could benefit from a higher level of care, your Let's chat counselor will make efforts to refer you to other supportive and more appropriate settings for care and resources in the surrounding community.
While most things you discuss with your counselor are confidential, Let's Chat counselors are legally required to report imminent suicidal or homicidal risk, abuse of a child, elder, or at-risk adult, and grave disability.
FSAP reserves the right to refuse services at any time if we believe abuse of services or our staff exists, or have determined that your needs would be inappropriate to address during Let's Chat.
By continuing, you consent to having read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer Statement.
