Determine what foods and quantities to offer for sale. Organize food trucks and potential bake sale

We have contact info for DJs and Inflatable companies. Would need to check pricing options, confer with coordinator, and make reservation

Call local performance groups to schedule 10-20 minute entertainment blocks

The coordinator will have a list of local businesses to call to request for donations. Each person to sign up can call 5 businesses from the list.
