Project Host Soup Kitchen

This summer, serve alongside other WPC folks with partner agency, Project Host, whose mission is to use food as a tool to nourish the hungry and train the unemployed. Volunteers will prepare, serve, and clean up a meal for our vulnerable neighbors, many of whom are experiencing homelessness. This is a great way to extend hospitality while getting a glimpse of some of the inequities in our own backyard.

Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age, and ages 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult. Face masks will be required when handling food. A short orientation video is available here.
