Kiel Soccer Club

2022 KSC Tasks

Soccer families, we need your help! There are many hours that go into each soccer season and we have broken down the responsibilities into smaller tasks in hopes to engage more families in this process. We are asking that each family sign up for one task. Each task has a coordinator for guidance and support. You will be contacted by the coordinator before the start of the season. All necessary supplies/equipment are supplied by the club.

As we get closer to the soccer season, we will be sending out opportunities to volunteer in concessions as well!

Tasks

Bathroom Cleaning (2)

In conjunction with Maintenance Coordinator, this person will be responsible for maintaining the bathrooms at the Field of Dreams Complex throughout the soccer seasons. These tasks can be completed on your own schedule.

Administrative Phone Calls

In conjunction with Maintenance Coordinator, this person will make phone calls on your own schedule, including: Notify Septic Pumping, Notify-Winterizing Complex, Schedule Garbage Pickup.

In conjunction with Building/Grounds Coordinator, this person will be responsible for weeding and maintaining flower beds at the Field of Dreams Soccer Complex on your own schedule.

In conjunction with the Paint Lining Coordinator, this person will learn to use paint machine and help with responsibility of maintaining field lines for practices and games.

In conjunction with Paint Lining Coordinator, this person will learn to use irrigation equipment and, if watering becomes necessary, will be responsible for assisting in watering fields using a water wheel.

In conjunction with the Equipment Coordinator, this person will assist in maintaining equipment, organizing/distributing coach supplies, and organizing spring setup and fall cleanup.

Sponsorships Assistance

In conjunction with Admin Coordinator, this person will help with sponsorship mailings, ordering banners, displaying banners, which occurs before the spring season.
