WYW workouts (WYW = when you want workout): I am now offering VIRTUAL be-strong classes that can be accessed at your convenience. If be-strong class times aren't working for you, I hope these virtual classes will provide you with more flexibility! I want you to get in your workout at a time that is most convenient for YOU!

This 60-minute strength training workout challenges all of your muscle groups with a variety of different workouts. The focus is on good form, proper lifting techniques, and building a strong, healthy body.
Strength training is an important part of being fit, strong, and healthy. The be strong classes are a great way to add muscle and tone your body while reaping the many health benefits such as strong bones and the reduced risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Additionally, strength training has been shown to increase athletic performance as well as decrease the risk of injury.
