BHSPA, with your help and through a generous donation of $200 from Wegmans, is providing dinner (Sandwiches, Wraps, Finger Foods & Salads) to the BHS teachers during conferences on Thursday, December 6th.
BHSPA is looking for help with the following items:
Dinner Set Up, Dinner Help, Clean Up, Paper Products, Cutlery, Drinks, Grab and Go Desserts and monetary donations to help defray the remaining cost of providing the meal.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Paper Products, cutlery and non-perishable Desserts can be dropped off to the BHS front office starting Wednesday December 5th through 4:30 on December 6th. We prefer perishable items to be dropped off the day of the event, December 6th. Please label everything 'Teacher Dinner'. (Sometimes other clubs have events this evening and we don't want to confuse donations.)
Donations toward dinner expenditures can be dropped off at the BHS front office in an envelope labeled "Conference Dinner" or mailed to the BHSPA treasurer at BHSPA, 9 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA 01730. Please remember to put your name on your donation. If donation is in check form, make payable to BHSPA.
