Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. You have then reserved your spot for the class.  Payment can be make for the week ($60/week) or daily ($20/day). Payments can be in cash or through Zelle. If you are unable to make your session, please be sure to remove your name from the list.

-Monday 9:15 am-10:00 am: Strength Training

-Tuesday 7:15 am-8:00 am: Strength Training (same workout as Monday)

-Wednesday 9:15 am-10:00 am: Total Body

-Thursday 7:15 am-8:00 am: Total Body (same workout as Wednesday)

-Friday 9:15 am-10:00 am: Partner Workouts
