The SPU Sage Garden and Red Barn Arts are looking for participants for this year's 4th Annual Family Harvest Night which will take place on October 26th from 6-9pm at San Pasqual Union School.
It is going to be another amazing night of dancing, a costume contest, carnival games, cake walk, desserts and newly added food trucks for a variety of appetites.
We are seeking individuals who would like to help with ticket sales, set up and breakdown. If any of you have high schoolers looking for volunteer hours we are in need of lots of help. We are also looking for anyone who can let us borrow their easy ups, generators, coolers and extension cords.
The Chili Cook-Off is always a competitive and fun event. If you have a favorite Chili that you would like to enter into the contest we would love for you to participate. The winner takes home a giant trophy and bragging rights! Look for the sign up coming home in your child's green folder in the upcoming weeks or email Christina Knight at [email protected] if you would like to participate.
We are in need of cakes for the Cake Walk and desserts (homemade or store bought are okay).
Any donations to our silent auction would be greatly appreciated as well. Donations are tax deductible and can come from you or your business. We welcome all items, but a few suggestions are; gift cards, gift baskets, experiences, home decor, spa services, holiday decorations, homemade or store bought items.
All proceeds from Family Harvest Night will help support our own
RED BARN ARTS and SAGE SCHOOL GARDEN!!
Thank you for your help and support for our wonderful "Little School in the Valley"!
