Registration Team (5)
These volunteers will submit updates to the HVIG website, monitor the number of persons who register, & keep the committee updated. They will also send out an e-mail a few days before the convention with the zoom information and a reminder.
Outreach Team (5)
This committee is responsible for letting the OA HOW community know about the convention. They are also responsible for getting people registered for the convention.
Program Team (5)
Oversees speakers, host, & timers. This committee will monitor the Sign-up Genius, confirm volunteers who signed up. This team will also confirm speakers before the convention and send them a thank you e-mail after the convention is over.
Logistics Team (8)
These are volunteers comfortable working with ZOOM, hosting, co-hosting monitoring the meeting. This team will keep the convention flowing. This team will also assure that the ZOOM account will support the convention activities.
