End of the Year BBQ

If you are dropping off supplies, they can be left at the school in the auditorium on Friday. Or brought to the BBQ on Saturday. Set-up starts at 2 pm. Thank you!

Families of Rising 5th Graders! It is that time of the year when we start preparing for our babies last year at Irving Elementary. One thing we do is raise funds for our 5th graders to cover the cost and/or supplement activities like their Outdoor Education trip, field trips, End of the Year activities, yearbooks, etc. A major event in our fundraising year is the End of the Year Barbeque on Saturday, June 4th! This year, the BBQ will also be our major celebration for Principal John Hodge! We are hoping for great weather and planning for a large crowd. The rising 5th grade families can help out by shopping, cooking, working, and organizing for this large event! We will rent large 5' grills and cook cook cook! We need your help.
