Will help set up the Your Royal Grace Party

Will welcome & check-in party ticket holders & give them entry wrist-bands.
Food Service (8)
Responsible for serving party attendees food, maintaining the freshness of the buffet, help gather trash & empty trash cans as needed.
50/50 Raffle (3)
Sells raffle tickets & promotes the raffle items & mission by walking through the party & talking to attendees. Takes cash for tickets & brings cash back to volunteer shift leader.
Photographer
Takes pictures throughout the entirety of the Your Royal GRACE event. Will provide own camera and will turn photos around in no less than 1 week. All photos will be shared digitally to In the Name of GRACE for them to use how they deem appropriate
Clean Up Crew (3)
Responsible for tearing down and cleaning the party space.
Clean-Up Crew (8)
Responisble for tearing down and cleaning the party space. Shift is as long as needed.
