Duties: Assist Parade Director with check-ins. Add entry names and numbers on Judges forms.

Parade Staging Runners (2)

Duties: Assist staging of parade entries as directed by the Parade Director.

 

Parade Volunteers (2)

Duties: TBD - Volunteers shall arrive at the parade check-in booth on Regis Street by 1pm and be prepared to help with any needed duties as assigned by the Parade Director.

 
2:15pm - 4:00pm  

Parade Judges (2)

Duties: Judges will walk the staged entries from 2:30-3:30pm. Using supplied scoring sheets to assist them, they will select the “Best in Class” (and any honorable mention) entries in each of nine categories. Provide results to Parade Director by 3:45pm.

Parade Announcers Booth  3:45pm - 5:00pm  

Parade Announcer

Duties: Announcer shall be at the announcer’s booth on First Avenue by 3:45pm. Announcer will be given numbered entry information sheets and shall read each entry’s sheet (if any) as they pass the booth during the parade.

Lions Club Booth Attendants (2)

Duties: Hang out and oversee the Lions Club information booth at SHS event grounds

Check in at the Lions Club booth. Help facilitate the Skills Challenge on the turf field. A great spot for High School Students!
