Carnival Set Up (8)

Responsibilites: -Shade Tents -First Aid, water Jugs, trash stations -Create Boundaries -Speakers -Chalk out Vendors Spots -Pizza sales -Set up "lawn" games

Wristband Distribution to 6th period classes/Set up where volunteers are needed (4)

Meet in A115; Help pass out wristbands to all 6th period classes.

Food Sales (10)

Sell food to kids, and make sure kids are not cutting in line.

First Aid/Water/Trash cans (2)

Do not allow food/trash onto fields. / Provide cups to kids without water bottles. /First Aid

Supervise Kids playing in the Gym

Inflatable Permission Station (2)

Give wristbands to kids who get late permission. Monitor kids going through entrance.

Check wristbands/ Clean Up: Break down tables/Shade tents on the lawn. Bring them to gym.

Inflatable 2 (2)

Check wristbands/ Clean up: Break down tables/Shade tents on the lawn and bring them to gym.

Inflatable 3 (2)

Check wristbands/ Clean up: Break down tables/Shade tents on the lawn and bring them to gym.

Inflatable 4 (2)

Check wristbands/ Clean up: Break down tables/Shade tents on the lawn and bring them to gym.

Food Sales (10)

Sell food to kids and make sure kids are not cutting in line./ Clean up: Break down tables/Shade tents on the lawn and bring them to gym.

Supervise Blacktop Games/ Clean up: Clean up games and put them in the gym.

Gym Duty (2)

Supervise Kids playing in the Gym/ Clean up: Make sure all balls are put away in the gym storage closet.

Vendor Blacktop and Grass (4)

Supervise Lines and Kids eating/ Clean up: Help pick-up trash & break down shade tents.

Inflatable Permission Station (2)

Give wristbands to kids who get late permission. Monitor kids going through entrance./ Clean up: Have kids exit the field and on their way home by 3 pm.; Break down speakers.
