I want to personally THANK YOU in advance for providing your time, skills and tools during this voluntary maintenance & repair weekend April 29- May 1.  This is an important initiative, because it’s an opportunity to give back, and help revive Soyuzivka after the toll she took from Covid.

For this registration system, you will be asked to provide some bits of information for us to organize and orchestrate this effort.

• Nestor is providing us with Halych to use for overnight lodging.  The building will be set up dormitory style in order to maximize the sleeping arrangements.  BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS & TOILETRIES.  Bed, pillow, and sheets will be provided.
• Select whether you can work Saturday or Sunday or BOTH DAYS.
• What skills do you bring to the table?  If possible, we’d like to match your skill set to the various tasks on hand.
• Do you have a set of favorite tools that match your skills AND do you have tools you are willing to lend over the weekend.
• Please indicate your shirt size.  I am trying to get dry-fit shirts made for the weekend.  (If you can help in this area, please email me and let’s chat).

Meals will also be provided by Chef “Snake” Andrij.  We will enjoy a well earned Saturday dinner together, but otherwise it grab-n-go, and get back to work.

The attached file, provides a summary of the tasks we are trying to tackle.  Although this list will continue to change, it will provide you with an idea of skill/task areas and will spark your thoughts of tools to bring.

We are in the midst of searching Soyuzivka and gathering as many supplies as she has in stock.  However, if we need additional items, we will need to raise money through GoFundMe in order to make any necessary purchases.  We will notify you IF a GoFundMe site is necessary and provide a specific list of items still required.
