Friday Night Snack Dinner 10/21

Our home game against Fulton is Oct. 21. The main course will be provided by the Booser Board. Please sign up for as little or as much as you are able to provide. Drop off food in the auditorium lobby between 4:30 - 5 p.m. We start feeding students at 5 p.m. Please don't be late. Do you work and can't get there in time? No problem! Sign up for chips or plates/napkins. Send it with your student to school Friday and tell them to leave it with Mr. Carrico or Mr. Brown. Cookies for this event will be donated from Goodness to Go by the Lunch Ladies!

Items needed for the snack dinner

Chips (6)

Bring a package of at least 25 individual size chips. Deliver to auditorium lobby 4:30-5 p.m.

Fruit (6)

Fruit for 25 students. Prepared and ready to serve. This can be any fruit: cut watermelon, apples slices, grapes, cut pineapple, mixed berries, etc... It's HOT outside so fruit is popular with the students. Deliver to auditorium lobby 4:30- 5 p.m.

Plates and Napkins

Please bring 200 plates and 200 napkins. Deliver to auditorium lobby 4:30-5 p.m.

 

Volunteers (3)

Help serve the kids. This is a fun way to interact with the students! Please be at the auditorium between 4:30 - 4:45.

4 gallon jugs of tea or lemonade (4)

Bring 4 gallon jugs of tea or lemonade to the auditorium lobby between 4:30-5 p.m.
