Lakeview Fall 2019 Vision & Hearing Screening

Dear Volunteers,

Thank you for volunteering to assist with School Services at Lakeview. Our School's Vision and Hearing Screening, will be on November 19th, 2019. We will need about 15-20 volunteers from 9:20am - 3:30pm.

Our school nurse has requested that we arrive promptly at 9:20 AM for training in the Library (if you have signed up for the PM slot, please come to training in the morning as we wont be able to train you again in the afternoon).

Students will start arriving at 9:45AM. The screening will be conducted from 9:45AM to about 3:30PM.

If you can not volunteer at the screening, but would still like to help, feel free to sign-up to bring snacks or refreshments for the other volunteers, it would be greatly appreciated!
