ACF Chefs Las Vegas is proud to be the host chapter of this year's ACF National Convention. We need all hands on deck to serve as volunteers, ensuring the week runs smoothly. Please review the open positions below and sign up where you are able. We encourage you to sign up for more than one volunteer position, but please make sure the dates/times of your positions do not overlap. PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE TWO LOCATIONS WE WILL NEED VOLUNTEERS AT (CAESARS FORUM & CSN NORTH LAS VEGAS). PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE SELECTING THE APPORPRIATE LOCATION BEFORE YOU HIT "SIGN UP". ALL COMPETITIONS ARE HOSTED AT CSN NORTH LAS VEGAS.
Prep Kitchen Volunteers
Responsible for moving equipment, assisting in room set up, any prep work needed prior to demos. Will work closely with the session volunteers.
Registration
Help process pre-registered attendees, stuff registration bags, restock registration items as needed, welcome attendees and provide general hotel and event information. Volunteers will NOT be handing out badges to attendees.
Session Volunteers
Volunteers needed to cover individual sessions around the event. Volunteers are requested to be in place 30 minutes prior to a session and remain until area is clean.
Door Monitor - Awards Luncheon Entrance
Monitor entranceand collect tickets to awards luncheon ensuring everyone has the appropriate badge/ticket to enter.
Door Monitor - Welcome Reception Entrance
Exhibitors Prep Kitchen
One (1) runner is needed to be stationed at the ACF Sales table to be able to run exhibitors that check in to the prep kitchen throughout the day and to be a floater if someone doesn't show up for a schedule slot.
Door Monitor - Trade Show Entrances
Monitor entrance to trade show ensuring everyone has the appropriate badge to enter.
Door Monitor - Presidential Gala Entrance
Monitor entrance and collect tickets to Presidentail Gala ensuring everyone has the appropriate badge/ticket to enter.

Competition Score Sheets / Runner
MUST BE SAME VOLUNTEERS BOTH DATES. Help process score sheets for judges and finalize/tally scores - Final scores must remain confidential Runner will assist competition team & judges needs.
Competition Prep Kitchen Volunteers
They will be responsible for moving equipment, assisting in room set up, any prep work needed prior to competition. They will work closely with the Chef in charge.
