Please consider volunteering at Lincoln Community Health Clinic COVID Vaccine clinics in the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. (new dates and times will be added in the future)
WHAT:
This signup is for non-clinical duties, including assisting patients with forms completion and with navigating through the process. You will not be giving vaccines. When you are helping folks complete the forms please ensure their names and phone numbers are clearly written, and that you have a good phone number for them (so we can get in touch with them for their second vaccine!).
WHERE:
Meet at the front door of Lincoln, sign in as a volunteer. They (likely Claretta Foye, Dr. Eisenson, or Dr. Ito) will hand out "Confidentiality Agreements", important for all volunteers to read, sign, and return. Volunteer tasks include assisting with forms completion and with patient navigation, and other helpful opportunities.
1301 Fayetteville St, Durham, NC 27707 (park on the side streets), meet in the front of the building.
WEAR:
Please wear “business casual” attire (scrubs also acceptable). *If you are a Duke student, do not wear any of your Duke uniform. Do not wear your Duke badge.
*Complete your daily symptom monitoring if you are DUSON/Duke person
You are committing to participate, please follow through with being there the time you said you would volunteer, unless you are ill. Please text me if you cannot make it so I can notify Lincoln as they are counting on us to be there.
Thank you!
