A little bit about Heather...
I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2017 at Karma Yoga Center in Denver. As a yoga teacher, I take a holistic approach, integrating breath work and meditation into a moderate asana flow. My real passion is curating classes that focus on the subtle mind and body effects of yoga. I want each student to leave my class feeling positive, uplifted, and hopefully a little less stressed from when they arrived. My classes are also suitable for all levels and body types and it’s my core mission to cultivate a safe and supportive environment for all students. I strive to provide poses/sequencing that allow advanced students to deepen their practice and beginner students to learn and grow their practice.
Candlelight Yoga - Enjoy your relaxing yoga by candlelight with healing music. A great way to end the day or decompress.
Gentle Yoga - Bring some zen and harmony into your weekend with this morning yoga class that will leave you calm and refreshed. Taught at a slow pace with no flow between poses, this class focuses on gently opening the joints and muscles through mindful stretching, breathwork, and meditation. This class is relaxing for everyone and particularly suitable for those who have been away from yoga for a while, have limited flexibility, or anyone looking to add recovery to supplement other physical activities during the week.
If you or someone in your household has been exposed to COVID, please cancel your reservation and stay home.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may lose their spot in the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
