Midway Elementary School
First grade registration for the 2021-2022 school year will begin on March 18th and is by appointment only. Please use the form below to schedule your appointment to register your student. Before you come for your appointment, please be sure to complete the online registration via Registration Gateway on the Anderson School District 5 website. This is for NEW to Midway first grade students only. All current Midway Kindergarten students do not need to register. Please bring the following items to your appointment at the front office at Midway:
1.Original Birth Certificate (We will make a copy)
2.Immunization Records
3.Two proofs of residence (power, water, gas, sewer bill)
