Experience the Easter Story like never before at Easter Scramble on Palm Sunday, March 28th. You and your family will drive to different stations around town (all within a 3 mile radius; addresses and a map of the stations will be provided ahead of the event) to experience re-enactments, crafts, games, and lots of socially distanced fun activities that tell the Easter story. This free event is for families and we encourage you to invite friends to sign up as well.
Here are the details and safety guidelines we are asking families and volunteers to adhere to for the duration of the event:
- Please wear protective masks if you get out of your car at any of the stations. Volunteers at stations will also wear masks and sanitizer will be available throughout the event. All participants over the age of 2 will need to wear a protective mask.
- Please maintain 6 feet from other families and volunteers, whether waiting in line or at a station and do not congregate. Volunteers will also utilize social distancing and sanitizing between groups.
- You can travel to the different stations in any order and at any time during the 1-4pm time frame
- Please refrain from participating if you or anyone in your family has shown any covid symptoms within 24 hours of the event
Email Sirena if you have any questions [email protected]
We are also asking for prepackaged taped eggs. Please bring eggs to the conference center by March 21st or sponsor eggs at www.firstmethodist.org/give
