STEAM Night

STEAM Night Volunteers

Hello fellow OMS Parents!

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Night is coming up on Thursday, January 31! We are in need of a variety of volunteers from set up to helping at a station/table.  We have made the sign up into 30 minute time slots so that you can help for a small amount of time and still enjoy the night with your kids.  It's going to take a whole LOT of helping hands to make this night a success!! Any help you can offer is GREATLY appreciated! If you have any questions about the evening please feel free to email Sue Kowols at: [email protected] In addition to parent volunteers we will also have roughly 20 teachers who will be at our event as well.  Our goal for the evening is HANDS ON/INTERACTIVE FUN!!! We want KIDS and PARENTS alike to enjoy this evening of learning!! Thank you in advance for your help!!

All materials will be provided - just need to read/follow the directions to show what "STEAM" item you are showcasing. We will have a write up (small paragraph) that will describe each station - this can be provided ahead of time as well if you want!
