Church of the Redeemer
Join Church of the Redeemer in the upcoming Highwood Food Distribution! Volunteers will assist the Northern Illinois Food Bank in distributing food to our neighbors. The distribution will be held on Friday, March 12th from 3-5:30pm at the Fort Sheridan Metra Station parking lot (just north of the Starbucks located at the corner of Sheridan Road and Old Elm). Parking is available in the part of the lot between Starbucks and the railroad/west of Starbucks.
Helpers (preteen-age and up) are needed to assist with packing and distributing boxed food. The event is outdoors and socially distanced, with masks mandatory. Please sign up by Friday, February 26th. Any questions can be directed to the Redeemer office at [email protected] Thanks!
