BSM Parent Association Faith and Wellness

Adolescent Mental Health

Adolescence is a time of significant growth and development. Add the rigors of high school and peer pressure, and it is not surprising that many kids exhibit signs of depression and anxiety. Come and listen to Dr. Jules Nolan, psychologist and co-author of Real World, Real Challenges: Adolescent Issues in Contemporary Society, talk about what’s considered normal, when to be concerned, treatment strategies, and how to help your teenager navigate the ever-changing world.

A light dinner will be served. Please RSVP below to ensure we have an accurate count.
