The Primary Day School
The Primary Day School will be hosting our annual Book Fair during the third week of October, immediately following Columbus Day. Our Book Fairs depend on parent volunteers, and we would be incredibly grateful to anyone who is willing to lend even an hour of their time to any of following duties.
Setup: Setup will take place on Tuesday, October 15, beween the hours of 8am-3pm. Volunteers are needed to help unpack books and arrange decorations.
Wishlists: Wednesday, October 16, is reserved for students to make wishlists while having an opportunity to browse the Fair firsthand. Volunteers are needed throughout the day to assist students in preparing their wishlists.
Cashiers: On October 17 & 18, parents can stop by the Beako Room where they can purchase books, gifts, games and more from the Primary Day School Book Fair. Volunteers are needed to process sales between 8-11am and 2-5pm both days.
Friday Night Activities: The Book Fair will stay open late between 5-6:30 on the night of Friday, October 18, to accomodate families with challenging schedules. Volunteers will be needed to provide additional cashier duties at the Fair and to help supervise students both in a dedicated activity room and as roaming floaters.
Parents, we need your help to make this event a success. Please consider volunteering for at least one shift.
