Fall/Winter 2022-2023 Evaluations

Please note that we have more spots available for evaluations than we are likely to have on our team; however, we will take swimmers first-come, first-served. Siblings and family members are prioritized, followed by referrals. If our team still has open spots that cannot be filled with swimmers who attend this list of evaluations, we will run evaluations on 8/22 and 8/23. 

Instructions for Evaluation Sign Ups

One swimmer per time slot (siblings or friends may sign up in the same slot provided they are close in ability; if signing up friends from two families, please email [email protected] with contact info for both families).

Please use the "name" field to identify the swimmer, and the "parent name" to indicate who we are contacting. The email address should be a parent's email address that is checked regularly, as this will be how placement is confirmed. Please also provide your swimmer's age.

The 8/16 evaluation date is for 10 and under swimmers who are expected to be placed at AG2 or below ONLY. Anyone over age 10 signing up for that date will be deleted. 

If you are coming from NAC Swim Lessons, please do not sign up for an evaluation slot unless your swimmer has passed Swimsters 2. We will not evaluate swimmers from Swimsters 1 or lower groups, as our recommendation is to continue swim lessons. 

You can email [email protected] with any questions. Please let us know if you are unable to make your slot, as we will put someone else in. Please note we will discuss your swimmer's approximate group level; however, we will not know if there is room in our program until after returning members commit through 8/20. You will be contacted on 8/21 if have room in your swimmer's group; however, registration will be first-come first-served. 

The sign up spots tend to go quickly, so we have created an overflow date (this is not an evaluation) for interested families if we have additional openings or run more evaluations. Please make sure you have filled out our survey here to ensure we have all of your contact information. 

Directions to the Pool

For evaluations, please arrive at the front entrance and let the front desk know that you are there for swim team evaluations. You can use the steps behind and to the left of the front desk, then make a sharp left toward the basketball courts. The pool is down a hallway to the left. Proper swim attire, including caps and goggles, should be worn. We will not supply goggles to your swimmer.
