The Department of Athletics and Physical Education is pleased to offer FREE spin classes for this summer only.
All classes will be held indoors in the Lasell Gym(please see attached map for entrance).
DRESS CODE: Please wear clean, dry shoes along with proper workout apparel, such as shorts, t-shirt etc- torso must be covered.
There is no limit to the number of classes you can sign up for, however, if you are no longer able to make your reservation, please cancel ASAP to allow others to sign up. Repeated no-shows may be blocked from future sign-ups.
Classes are open to students who are approved to be on campus this summer and faculty/staff
Reservations will be released on a 7-day rolling cycle.

Spinning - high intensity bike training class. Participants are guided through a workout including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-down. Participants should have a solid base of cardiovascular training, i.e. consistently able to complete 30-60 minute cardio workout at least twice a week.
