Help make sandwiches and bag lunches for Micah Homeless Hospitality Center. Micah Homeless Hospitality Center provides free lunches and other services to Fredericksburg's homeless population.

You can pick up a Take and Make kit and make the fleece blanket at your residence. Pick up the kits on Saturday Jan. 22 between 1-3 in the Chandler Ballroom.

Fairy Godmother Project (5)

Fairy Godmother Project works with local families that have a child with pediatric cancer. They provide a range of services. On MLK Day of Service students will help Fairy Godmother Project prepare materials for an upcoming fundraising event.

Help make bags out of T-shirts for the Fredericksburg Food Co-op. The Co-op hands out bags to help shoppers avoid using single-use plastic bags.

Help write inspirational cards for RCASA, the Rappahannock Council Against Sexual Assault. Inspirational messages and teal ribbons will be shared with survivors.

Hygiene kits for women in Empowerhouse (5)

Empowerhouse is a local domestic violence shelter. Women sometimes arrive at the shelter without a tooth brush or shampoo or any hygiene supplies. Students will make hygiene kits that will be donated to Empowerhouse shelter.
