Mindfulness for Beginners

Please join the Lititz Public Library and The Mindfulness Center of Lititz for an educational class on Mindfulness This will be a one hour class for quality instruction and learning of core mindfulness skills to implement in the context of your own life. You will learn concrete skills to use to improve your mindfulness practice in a practical way.  Mindfulness is proven by research to reduce and decrease anxiety, stress/worry, depressive symptoms; improve physical well-being, and cultivates ability to become more present. Registration will be required by visiting the library website or calling the library at 717-626-2255.
