Meals for Mommas (40)

Sign-up to make & deliver (or order) a meal to help a single mom once her baby arrives. A separate meal train list will be emailed out to you upon the baby's arrival. Choose to bless one or more mommas with a meal.

Join our prayer team! Every week we send out praises & prayer needs for this ministry, the girls who participate, and the leaders. Be a part of witnessing God's hand at work. Be a part of interceding and witnessing miracles! We love our prayer warriors!

Share your Story - Testimony Night (2)

Email your story of how God helped you through the journey of being a single mother to [email protected] We will call you to discuss so you can share your story with the girls to encourage them. This would take place on April 29 at 6:30pm

Church Buddy (5)

Meet single mom at church, help her sign in her children into the nursery, sit with her during the service, and possibly invite her out or home for lunch. This person would need to be approved by Calvary church and be willing to attend any service time.

Photographer for Princess + Baby Shower Day

Help us by documenting this very special day! Please be available to photograph from early afternoon into the evening on May 1.

Hostess

During the baby shower, hostesses help direct all the guests to meet their girl they adopted, help bring gifts in from cars, and help load the gifts in the girls' cars after the shower is over. You would be needed on May 1.

Favors (2)

Hand-make or purchase favors for the baby shower for children and babies of the single moms. Favors would be needed before the baby shower on May 1.

Florist

Provides florals to decorate tables, photo backdrop, etc. You would be needed on May 1 at 11am.

Hair Artist (2)

Help pamper the girls on princess day (a way to celebrate their completion of the program) by styling their hair. Experience styling African American hair is a plus! You would be needed on May 1 at 12pm.

Makeup Artist (2)

Help pamper the girls on princess day (a way to celebrate their completion of the program) by doing their makeup. You would be needed on May 1 at 12pm.

Thank you note manager

This person would take charge of putting together and sending out thank you notes for special speakers at Embrace Grace as well as for those who have given tangible gifts to the Embrace Grace ministry. Cards to be completed before end of May.

Mentor for Single Moms (5)

Serve by providing a listening ear & becoming a mentor to one or more of our single moms after her time in Embrace Grace comes to an end. Also, help get her more connected at Calvary & community within the church.
