Each week, your student(s) is/are invited to join Yoga Instructor and Gator Mom, Amanda Pack for a 30 minute before school yoga practice. Through stories, games, and movement, kids' yoga encourages coordination, confidence, body awareness, self-love, and energy management.
All tracks welcome! Students should enter the ARE Library through the side door to attend class. After yoga, students will head directly to their class to start their school day. Tracked out students will be directed back to the ARE Front Office for parent pick up. Parents are welcome to attend yoga classes, but not required to do so.
