Join us for our vegan pasta cooking class with Karen Pullen! Participants will make fresh, egg-free pasta dough from scratch and then form it into ravioli and fettuccine noodles. The raviolis get two fillings: butternut squash with chopped almonds and pesto tofu ricotta. The fettuccine features two sauces: roasted tomatoes with capers and alfredo. Sign up to help in one of the slots below. Volunteers are able to attend the class and eat for free. Hope to see you there!
